Rooted in Acts 9:31, Nine31 Leadership is a statewide movement helping churches identify, equip, and empower the next generation of pastors and servant-leaders. Through a four-level pathway—Explorer, Apprentice, Journeyman, and Mentor—leaders grow from calling to commissioning through biblical formation, hands-on experience, and intentional mentoring. United by the Nine31 Church Campaign, pastors and congregations pray for God to raise up leaders, preach on God’s design for leadership, and respond faithfully by developing those He calls. No pastor leads alone. No calling goes undeveloped.
