Many Tennessee churches are plateaued, declining, or struggling, creating a significant shortage of healthy, thriving congregations. The Tennessee Baptist Mission Board (TBMB) is addressing this by strengthening churches through support, resources, and renewal efforts that promote spiritual, relational, practical, and missional health. At the same time, TBMB is multiplying churches that plant churches, identifying underserved areas, and mobilizing leaders to expand the reach of the gospel. By equipping healthy, mission-focused congregations to grow and help others grow, TBMB is working to ensure that every Tennessean has the opportunity to hear and experience the hope of the gospel.
