DESCRIPTION:Prepare and equip ministers to fully utilize the unique ministry opportunities in the interim period between the departure of one pastor and the arrival of another.\n\nTopics Covered\n\nA Review of Leadership Steps designed to Transition a Church from Its Current Place in Its Life-Cycle in Preparation for the Next Pastor\, with a special focus on: \n\nDuties\, Skills and Objectives of the TIP\nLeading the Church to Plan for the Future\nSuggested Preaching During the Transition\nAssisting the Pastor Search Process\nPreparing the Church for the New Pastor\nAssessing and Addressing Church Health during the Interim\nSeeking to Resolve Areas of Conflict within the Congregation\n\n\n\n\nRegistration & Cost\n\n\nEarly Registration (July 7 – August 21)\n\n$375 – Includes registration\, seminar materials\, meals\, and lodging\n$235 – Includes registration\, seminar materials\, and meals (lodging not included)\n\n\n\nLate Registration (August 22 – September 21)\n\n$395 – Includes registration\, seminar materials\, meals\, and lodging\n$255 – Includes registration\, seminar materials\, and meals (lodging not included)\n\n\n\nSpouses Welcome: While there is no programming for wives\, they are welcome to attend and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Conference Center.
