Retreat Cost
The $275 cost includes registration, lodging, meals, breaks, and materials.
Lodging Not Needed?
If lodging is not needed, please contact Carrie Kidd, Ministry Assistant, at ckidd@tnbaptist.org or (615) 371-2025.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
If an early check-in or late check-out is needed, please contact the Music Road Hotel Reservation Desk at 1-855-790-4646 to make arrangements AND provide the Reservation Desk with the Make Own Pay Own (MOPO) Booking ID #12120.
Notify the reservation agent to make notes to keep you in the same room as the retreat nights. They will do their best to assign the same room used for the retreat nights, although there is no guarantee.
Once you have made your own arrangements for any extra nights, please let Carrie Kidd know the room type that was reserved so we can try to keep you in the same room, if possible, for the Thursday and Friday nights of the retreat. Email her at ckidd@tnbaptist.org or call 615-371-2025.
These reservations must be made on or before December 29, 2026 to receive the event’s negotiated room rate. Reservations made after this date are subject to standard published rates, if available.
Payment Due Date
We must have your $275 payment by December 8, 2026, to reserve your room. Due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds can be issued after this date.
