WHO IS ALL NATIONS CAMP FOR?
All Nations Camp (ANC) is for elementary through high-school aged students of ethnic congregations of the Tennessee Baptist Convention.
Ages 6–17.
WHAT IS ALL NATIONS CAMP ALL ABOUT?
ANC is a fun-filled, spiritually, and biblically dynamic week where campers will enjoy:
- New friendships with other campers.
- Age-appropriate Bible Study with life application.
- Exciting outdoor activities.
CAMP TIMES
- Starts at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 6/8/26 (no lunch provided this day).
- Ends at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 6/12/26 (concluding with a Grand Finale).

$125.00 Early Bird Rate (until May 1, 2026)
$140.00 (after May 1, 2026)
HOW TO REGISTER
CHURCHES: REGISTER YOUR STUDENTS ON ONE (1) MAIN REGISTRATION AND THEN ENTER THE NUMBER OF SPOTS, but no need to enter the names for each person, just the main contact.
⚠️ REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:45 PM
Payment Deadline: May 15, 2026
- Hard copy registration forms are available or PDFs for extreme cases of language barriers.
- Registration forms will be sent via email and are in English.

CHURCH LEADERS | SPONSORS=CHAPERONES → VERY IMPORTANT:
Required Ratio: One (1) LEADER/CHAPERONE for every seven (7) students per gender, or portion thereof.
(e.g., 4 female and 6 male participants = 1 female adult and 1 male adult, or 12 female and 8 male = 2 female adults and 2 male adults)
- 1 adult woman for every 7 girl students
- 1 adult man for every 7 boy students
- Each LEADER/CHAPERONE should always be at least 5 years older than the minors they are supervising
Church Leaders | Chaperones:
- Must fill all the Adult Forms.
- Must pay registration.
- Are required to sleep in the cabin with their group and be with them throughout the day.

DE QUÉ SE TRATA ALL NATIONS CAMP
All Nations Camp, o ANC, es una semana llena dinámicas espirituales, bíblicas y de diversión, en donde los campistas disfrutarán de:
- Nuevas amistades con otros campistas.
- Estudio Bíblico apropiado para la edad con aplicaciones a la vida.
- Actividades divertidas al aire libre.
PARA QUIÉN ES
ANC es para estudiantes de primaria a secundaria de las congregaciones étnicas de la Convención Bautista de Tennessee. Edades de 6 a 17 años.
HORARIOS DEL CAMPAMENTO
- Comienza a las 2:00 p.m. el lunes, 8/6/26 (no se proveerá almuerzo este día).
- Termina a las 11:00 a.m. el viernes, 12/6/26 (concluyendo con un Gran Final).
COSTO POR CADA ESTUDIANTE | ADULTO
$125.00 Con reserva temprana (hasta el 1 de mayo del 2026)

CÓMO INSCRIBIRSE
IGLESIAS: INSCRIBAN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE SU IGLESIA EN UNA SOLA INSCRIPCIÓN, y en el # de SPOTS ponen el total de cuántos van a participar pero no es necesario poner cada nombre, solo el contacto principal.

- Se dispone de formularios de registro en copia impresa o PDFs en casos extremos por impedimento de lenguaje.

LÍDERES DE LA IGLESIA | PATROCINADORES=CHAPERONES → MUY IMPORTANTE:
Proporción requerida: Un (1) LÍDER/CHAPERON por cada siete (7) estudiantes por género, o parte del mismo.
(Por ejemplo, 4 alumnas y 6 alumnos participantes = 1 mujer adulta y 1 hombre adulto, o 12 alumnas y 8 alumnos = 2 mujeres adultas y 2 hombres adultos)
- 1 mujer adulta por cada 7 alumnas
- 1 hombre adulto por cada 7 alumnos
Líderes de la iglesia | Chaperones deben:
- Llenar el “background screen” (antecedentes penales, correo electrónico llega por parte de ClearStar)
- Llenar los formularios de adultos. (Adult Forms)
- Pagar su inscripción.
- Y se requiere que duerman en la cabaña con su grupo y estén junto al mismo durante todo el día.
