The minimum age is 14 years. Certain positions require 16 years or 17 years of age depending upon the responsibilities. Federal law covers those requirements.
What are the requirements for employment?
All prospective employees must complete an application and if offered conditional employment must successfully pass a criminal background screening (18 years and above), document legal right to work in the United States. Other screenings may be necessary.
