Missions Extravaganza November 9-11, 2009 West Jackson Baptist Church, Jackson Monday, November 9 * 1:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 10 * 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 11 * 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Missions Extravaganza is an annual missions fair held during the Tennessee Baptist Convention. This year we will have a special feature of our partnership states and countries - Iowa, Montana, Malta, Canadian Seminary, and Sub-Saharan Africa. There will be many other state, North America and International missionaries as well as a WorldCrafts marketplace.  WorldCrafts, a non-profit ministry of WMU, imports over 300 handcrafts from all over the world. It currently supports more than 70 artisan groups and their families. The wages earned provide an income to feed and educate the crafters and their families who often live in the most impoverished regions of the world.    Parents and leaders of preschool, children, and youth missions organizations are encouraged to come and bring the children and youth to meet the missionaries.  Adults will enjoy the fellowship opportunities, learning about work being done here and around the world.  Everyone will have the chance to ask the missionaries questions about their ministries, experiences and challenges.  For more information, contact Tennessee WMU, (615) 371-7918, 1-800-558-2090 ext. 7918, or vanderson@tnbaptist.org.
