Preschool and Children’s Ministers / Directors Volunteer Preschool and Children’s Directors who give oversight to the church’s entire preschool / children’s ministry   Why MERGE? Anyone involved in ministry must become a master of merging. It is an unavoidable task in balancing the fine points where ministry and life collide.
