The Church Administration Team seeks to involve Tennessee Baptist pastors and staff in a leadership development process to support them in the discovery and fulfillment of their God-given mission. The following list includes some of the ministries provided by the Church Administration Team:

• Church Architectural Consultation: Discovering architectural needs and evaluating priorities.

• Budget Development: Planning, evaluation, and preparation of church and associational budgets.

• Cultivation of Biblical Givers: Biblical resources and giving development emphases.

• Church Staff Leadership Development: Relationship building, self-discovery, leadership and supervision skills, developing and casting a vision.

• Christian Personal Money Management: Develop skills that will help you be in charge of your family’s finances.

• Strategic Planning: Church and associational consultations to discover God’s unique vision for your future.

• Team Building: Church and associational staff and group development workshops.

• Values Based Tactical Planning: Discovering God’s dream for your church from your core values.
